“Me and a school friend often have to travel to knoxville for a couple weeks at a time to visit our college (we're in a graduate hybrid program), and we found this house for this quarter. The location of the house is fantastic and it was really easy to get to anything we needed for our stay. The house had all of the basic amenities that you need for a short or prolonged stay. The owners were also very prompt to respond to any inquiries. I highly recommend the location for anyone who wants to……

“Apartment is comfortable, roomy and has modern furnishings. Premium bedding, pillows, and sound machine provide a wonderful night's rest amidst downtown hustle. Comfortable furnishings, blankets and games. Wonderful location in downtown and plenty of parking. For the price paid, bathroom could use a deep cleaning and suggest providing some bottled water, but wasn't a big issue for us or enough to hamper our overall stay.
