“Excellent place to stay! Roomy and clean! The arcade game was a plus! Quiet area and easy walk to the pubs! ”

“Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!”

“My husband and I wanted to spend our Birthday week exploring a location neither of us had ever visited. The Taylor Loft was located in a central location in historic downtown. It had everything we needed! We walked everywhere and took in all the history of Knoxville. We drove to Meads Quarry 3 miles away for a day of fun in the sun. Saw the sights on a sunset cruise down the river. I highly recommend visiting and the staying at the Loft. ”

“It was a quick work trip. But the loft is super nice, easy to access and has a pay parking lot directly across the street. It was 32ish dollars for 24 hours. You will have to carry your bags/suitcase upstairs. The bed I slept in was comfortable. I’d easily rent again for future trips to Knoxville.”

“We stayed at the Zen Den while moving our daughter into college and it was wonderful. It was extremely comfortable and we appreciated having the conveniences of a full kitchen, washing machine/dryer and parking space. Both the master and murphy beds were very comfortable. The location was within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops along Gay Street. If we had any questions, Lisa was very prompt and helpful with her responses. We would highly recommend Zen Den and hope to stay……

“This was a lovely and convenient place to stay for visiting UTK. We were there for orientation and getting to campus was so easy….about a 5 minute walk to the student center. The parking was a major bonus. We were there when school was off so parking was ample. I am not sure about during the school year. Chick-fil-a and Chipotle were just down the block so teenagers will love this place. The only drawback is some road noise from the street out front. Buses and trucks go by pretty early in……
