“The home meet our needs while in Knoxville for my daughters graduation. Couple things we did not find any washclothes so i had to go buy some. We did find them as we were leaving they were still in the dryer. People in duplex below does not follow quiet hour rules. Other than that everything was fine.”

“This was more than perfect for our group of moms and teens celebrating prom. Plenty of space for teens to have their own spot and moms to be able to relax and have some wine. Beds were comfy and plenty! Only advice would be to add a freezer in the kitchen area. We brought food with us that needed to stay frozen and the only freezer in the basement was a little inconvenient. Also, the ice maker in the kitchen did not work so we had to get coolers of ice. “We headed to Knoxville for a volleyball tourney which took place at the convention center. It was a very convenient stay and the neighborhood was so cute. I enjoyed walking around. It was quiet and the house was comfortable and clean. We visited the beautiful downtown area and enjoyed the happenings outside the convention center during our breaks. Communication with the owner was elite! I’d suggest changing out the rugs and shower curtain in the master bathroom, as they are well worn. The……

“It was a very nice home. Would be better to have a TV in each bedroom. The master bathroom stool is a little close to the divider. The property manager was great. Answered all my questions. The bees were a deterrent. I noticed no garbage disposal and no washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay.”
