“It was a quick work trip. But the loft is super nice, easy to access and has a pay parking lot directly across the street. It was 32ish dollars for 24 hours. You will have to carry your bags/suitcase upstairs. The bed I slept in was comfortable. I’d easily rent again for future trips to Knoxville.”

Considering how expensive it was I was upset to find-an empty liquor bottle in the room my kids stayed in-closets with no doors on it-Dish-ware with food remnant in the cupboard-an empty linen closet with no blankets-stains on the couch in the living room-food stains splattered on the wall by the garbage canI reached out to the host as soon as we got there but there was no resolution and poor communication. “Delightful patio and view. Hot water worked, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and useable, fridge and appliances all worked,. On the negative, some of the towels were old and scratchy, the living room A/C was noisy. Although building access was good, the windows are weak points in the security of the apartment. The outside of the building is badly in need of maintenance. And, please tell renters about the very tight parking space. ”
