“Room was a great size. The people at the desk were so friendly. BEST breakfast in town. They informed me right away that something of value was left in the room! ”

“While the property is roughly 20 min from UT, we found it to be very conveniently located and priced well. The hotel is clean, safe, and quiet. Our room seemed pretty up to date. The bed was comfortable. ”

“Motel was in good condition apparently been remodeled recently. Well maintained. Had to wait on the desk auditor to appear from somewhere behind a wall. They were not there when we checked in and had to wait for them to appear when checked out. The room door was hard to open and close. ”

“Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.”

“Location is good. Near the two big supermarkets and other attraction. Room is clean and tidy. Staffs are very helpful. If the breakfast provided everyday can be a little bit different, it would be better. As a whole, it is satisfactory at this low price.”

“The room was clean and tidy. The bed was a little hard but not so bad I couldn’t sleep on it. The lobby was the wettest little area. The decor was so cute. I could tell a lot of thought went into it. The only other complaint was there was only one towel in the bathroom and no washcloths. Still for the price I think it was a good value!”

“Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. ”
