“This home was perfect for our family. We were attending an event in Knoxville for the weekend and the location of this home was just a hop and skip from the UT Campus. Our main concern was room for our family and with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, this home was perfect for us! ”

“This house worked out wonderfully for our family’s visit to Knoxville. We needed to be close to downtown on a daily basis and it was a quick drive from this neighborhood just south of the city with some great restaurants and retail just around the corner. The neighborhood also was quiet and we felt safe. We brought our dog with us And the fenced in yard was great however, please be aware that the ends of the fence are open, so we had to find a way to block those off when the dog was out in the……
