“From start to finish our stay was amazing. Derrick and Meredith were very helpful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous with so much to see and explore. We did rent the tritoon and had an amazing day on Norris Lake. We could not have asked for better hosts. The room was equipped with more than we needed. Hands down would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. ”

“The home meet our needs while in Knoxville for my daughters graduation. Couple things we did not find any washclothes so i had to go buy some. We did find them as we were leaving they were still in the dryer. People in duplex below does not follow quiet hour rules. Other than that everything was fine.”

“A short drive to downtown and in the middle of old downtown. Great spot everything in old downtown is in walking distance. The room was clean and very comfortable.”

“It was a very nice home. Would be better to have a TV in each bedroom. The master bathroom stool is a little close to the divider. The property manager was great. Answered all my questions. The bees were a deterrent. I noticed no garbage disposal and no washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Very Good stay. Good location/short drive to anywhere we needed to go. Only have two recommendations for the listing I wished I had known before the trip. 1. Only TV is in the basement. 2. Beds described as 2 king and a double queen. It was actually 2 queens and double xl twins. Overall stay was great. 5 stars, great host!”

“This was more than perfect for our group of moms and teens celebrating prom. Plenty of space for teens to have their own spot and moms to be able to relax and have some wine. Beds were comfy and plenty! Only advice would be to add a freezer in the kitchen area. We brought food with us that needed to stay frozen and the only freezer in the basement was a little inconvenient. Also, the ice maker in the kitchen did not work so we had to get coolers of ice. Other than that, we were perfectly……
