“First room was not clean and ready. Receptionist gave me another room, it was not ready neither! Front desk lady went directly to supervise both rooms and she realized effectively rooms did not have any housekeeping that day. She apologized and gave a new room, this time it was clean and ready. I gave 4 stars to my review because room issue was solved, price/room is ok, hotel is well located, and breakfast was fine. ”
