“The front desk service is good, but the cleanliness really needs to improve. I saw 3 small Cockroaches and 2 Spiders. So many dust on wall.”

“The location was great, staff were very friendly, and the room perfectly suited our needs. The two criticisms are that the shower was pretty dirty and smelled of mold/mildew - perhaps just the byproduct of being in a coastal, humid area. Additionally it was in a pretty loud area so could hear lots of street traffic, and a big truck idled outside of the window for about 20 minutes one night. ”

“This is the place to stay at a great price! It’s centrally located for me in my favorite area of Point Loma. Sam was very nice with a great smile and did our check in fast and efficiently. I extended our stay from one overnight to two. I met two of the nicest housekeepers and let them know I appreciated them and their service. They didn’t need to clean the room because the room didn’t need cleaning and that our stay was extended one more overnight because of my fondness of Shelter Island and……

“Cute studio in OB. Very clean and communication with the owner was flawless. They accommodated us throughout our stay and happily answered any questions we had. I only have two less than ideal things worth mentioning and they are small. One, there is no AC you can control in the studio. Luckily the weather is great in San Diego so it wasn’t an issue for us. Two, the walls are a little thin. You can hear any TV or phone from bordering apartments easily. Really it’s not even the walls it’s a door……

“The whole place was perfect. Very spacious. Nice mix of private and group space. Location was easy to get to beach, liberty station, downtown, zoo, etc. We felt very comfortable. The hosts were responsive. Reasonably priced. House had all the amenities for food prep and dining in. So pleased!!”

“We really enjoyed staying in this beach house. Loved the location & natural to walk to Sunset Cliffs & OB. Very easy to cook & enjoy the fire pit in a private backyard. The large tv & games to use for our grandchildren was a hit. Convenient to many restaurants too. ”
