“We stayed at Colonial Motel for 2 nights. The room was very clean. We particularly appreciated a kitchenette equipped with a pot, frying pan, plates, cups, and utensils. A table with two chairs is very handy. The owner is very hospitable. The price is very reasonable for what you get. ”

“When I arrived at the Butler House, the owner (MK) informed me that it was actually closed for renovations. Expedia had been repeatedly informed of this but continued, nonetheless, to book reservations for guests! MK was very apologetic and offered me accommodation in the camper beside the house. It looked to be very comfortable and roomy, and had a relatively large fridge, so I accepted. Never regretted the decision. It was so quiet and cool in the evenings that I slept very soundly, and the……

“It was wonderful. I can’t believe how the owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. That is just what we were looking for. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. I loved the peace and quiet in the yard by the fire pit! Would highly recommend a stay there!!”

We rented this house to fish a few days on Lake Erie, very convient to the marina which does not charge tonpark and has a very nice fish cleaning station. Its quiet and relaxing.
