“The property was walkable and clean. Wifi needs to be upgraded. The door lock did not work and they never fixed it. Floors need rugs. The house was very sandy. But they maybe part for the course. Rugs would have helped. The lights in room didnt work and the doors didn’t lock! Weird. ”

“Great stay, enjoyed the little bungalow. It's centrally located, walked everywhere. Everything we needed was in the condo. A/C was nice and strong, upstairs loft is cozy, difficult if you are very tall, but it was comfortable, the fan helped a lot. Would return and stay for sure! ”

“My finance and I stayed at this property for a full week in July 2024 and it was a five star experience. The location is perfect with Commercial St and the beach just steps away. You can be at amazing restaurants or relaxing in the sand within minutes. The unit is updated with all the amenities you need when away from home (appliances, washer/dryer, A/C, etc). The unit is also beautifully decorated and comfortable. My favorite part was the deck where I enjoyed my coffee and a book every morning……

“Hospitable, homey and helpfulLoved our weeklong stay at Brasswood Cottage, part of Brasswood Inn. The two-floor cottage had everything we needed including comfortable seating, sleeping, laundry and a cute patio and parking spot. Tons of light. Plus, you can use the inn facilities including a quiet shady courtyard and lobby. Location was central but still didn’t feel loud or crowded (right next to Joe’s coffee). Like everything in Provincetown, it’s super dog-friendly so five stars from our pup……

“I had a great stay at his property. I really liked that it was fully equipped, comfortable and very clean. Check in, out and contact with the owner was spot on. I was able to really relax here on my vacation. I loved that it was stand alone, no upstairs or downstairs neighbors and lots of windows to let in the light and breeze. I highly recommend a stay here. Great location tucked away on the quiet West End of town. Go to nearby Relish for delicious breakfast and lunch and get the homemade Pop……
