“We just wanted a place to sleep for the night and for that it was good. Clean and cool. We thought the bed was a little too firm, there were no Kleenexes in the room and they wanted a cash deposit. That's all the negatives. The staff was friendly and treated us well. The room was clean and neat, and the air conditioner worked well and wasn't noisy.”

“After checking into my hotel, and unloading my clothes I realized the air was turning on and off even though it was set at a temp. When I went to call the front desk, my phone didn’t work. I had 2 lights burnt out & no microwave or fridge. Archer was absolutely amazing in regard to customer service. He went above and beyond to not only get me a fridge and microwave. He was able to switch me rooms that had working items in there. He also helped me move all of my items from that room into the new……
