“My stay started off very rocky with a room reservation that was mistakenly given to another guest with another name. I took 45 minutes to fix this and after a long stressful and travel day this was very disappointing. I still give it 5 stars as I understand we all make mistakes and Tiffany at the front desk was so appologetic and kind that it made it ok. “This was our first time staying at the Hampton Inn, Boise, spectrum and it was wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The facility was clean and decorated very nicely! Since five of us were traveling together, we booked a large room with one king bed and two pullout sofas, which also included a balcony and it was beautiful! Will definitely be staying here again! ”
