“訂了非吸煙房間，但入住後房間有很大煙味，在前台投訴後，馬上命人再清理房間，效率很快，前台職員也十分友善。”

“The hotel was functional but not not at all welcoming or appealing. Finishes were all cheap and poor such as plaster patches in the room unpainted, plasterboard above window unpainted and unfinished. Suite was large but not at all homely. Toilet seat was dirty and finishes in the bathroom were untidy (poor grouting and silicone ...... poor workmanship). Overall was practical and can’t complain too much for the price you pay but could be improved by some simple measures.”

“I'm very much not please with the booking experience. When I got to the hotel in the evening, they said they did not have my reservation. I needed to call hotels.com long distance, and it did not get resolved. So frustrated. I needed to pay to stay the night. Very unhappy at all.”

“Value for money as guest are given 2 meal vouchers upon checking in; 1 for supper while the other for breakfast. I was rather disappointed with the bed frame's noise but the reception staffs erased all sleeping setbacks. Location is quite central but is in an old estate. Wet market is nearby and small food outlets are easily available in the vicinity.”
