“Wonderful cozy house. Kids had a great time with their private area upstairs, living room was comfortable, hot tub looked relaxing however we didn’t have time to try it out so I can’t give that a rating. Richard was great to deal with, lots of updates details and very quick responses”

“We had a great stay. The host was very prompt and helpful. The house overlooked the Pacific ocean with the beach below. The hot tub along with the warm outdoor shower was a nice touch. We had our wedding on the beach and the house was a great place to stay for us and our friends.”

“Great views. Charming layout. Quick communication. Comfortable beds. Seabrook is close by, but this beach is better, in my opinion. Best starviewing is by the river, not by the ocean. There's a path on the north side of the complex. Thank you!!”

“It was just what we needed for an inexpensive getaway. Close to the ocean, with a nice little coffee shop a block away. A bit disappointed with having to travel to go find a restaurant, but totally understandable with the Covid having shut down what would be considered normal. Overall, a wonderful stay.”
