“Property is located on the water with easy access to the beach. They have plenty of sitting areas outside as well as a sitting area right outside of your room that is semi private. They give you a picnic basket breakfast that consisted of bagels, butter, cream cheese, jelly, etc. Very tranquil setting and very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely go again.”

“We had an amazing stay at the Hampton Maid! Our suite was modern, clean, and comfy. We ate breakfast at the restaurant every morning and it was delicious. We also had dinner at R.AIRE one evening and it was also wonderful. Chef came and spoke to us. All staff were so nice and friendly. The grounds are lovely as well. The location is also a great base for exploring both the North and South forks. Highly recommend!”

“Check in went super smoothly and the manager (?) was extremely helpful in giving my son and I recommendations for dinner. We stayed for my son's soccer game, which was located less than 3 miles down the road. Is this a plush high end hotel? No, but I did not expect it to be. Is this a clean affordable motel with a super convenient location and everything you need for a short stay? Yes, to the point my light socks had nothing on them from walking around in them which cannot be said about many……

“Perfect for our needs. Nice big open kitchen living room area was great for our family. We were an older group that can’t get together that often and this was really a common area that was good for all of us to connect. Peaceful morning overlooking the river enjoying our coffee. “Seth was so accommodating and wonderful for our trip to celebrate my sister getting married. It was a very clear cut process to rent the property for the weekend and Seth made It super easy to keep track of what was needed for check in and check out. The property is absolutely stunning, it’s the perfect place to hangout with the pool, hot tub and tennis court. There was more space than we thought there was and each room was perfectly set up for our group. After the first night, Seth checked in……
