“Staff at the Bay Watch were friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!”

“The Sagaponack was very nice. Our room was large enough for two people with a king-size bed, small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and a decent counter space with a sink. The bathroom was on the smaller size but the shower was extra roomy. The Manager, Sarah, was very helpful. She gave us many good suggestions for places to visit, restaurants, etc.”

“We loved our two nights at Sag Habor and Baron's Cove was a perfect location with just the right facilities for our needs. Off season in the Spring must surely be the best time as there were enough visitors to make it interesting, but not too full. The bar and restaurant were excellent, with inside and outside space. “Property is located on the water with easy access to the beach. They have plenty of sitting areas outside as well as a sitting area right outside of your room that is semi private. They give you a picnic basket breakfast that consisted of bagels, butter, cream cheese, jelly, etc. Very tranquil setting and very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely go again.”

“They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping. ”

“Super clean and comfortable. Close to the local beach and food shopping. They have a fridge and a good coffee maker and a tv with seemingly ALL streaming services! A microwave would have been great to make popcorn but not a deal breaker. We slept great. ”
