“Great property! Close to beach and super clean. ”

“The room was fine, although the a/c unit was a bit loud. I think it might be on its way out -- may need to be replaced. We stayed 2 nights. Our first night was a bit rough as other guests around us were a bit loud and there was a dog barking a lot. Car doors were slamming and people were very noisy going up and down the stairs to the upper floors. The stairs were close to our room. Our second night was a lot quieter and nicer. We would consider staying again if we need to come to……

“This is a lovely motel. Very reasonable and clean. ”

“Really nice property and very helpful staff. Area around the hotel is pretty, with lots of places to sit and watch the geese. Rooms are okay--be sure to get a "suite" or a double, as the single rooms are very small. Bathing facilities are pretty rudimentary--could use a shower seat or a bathtub. "Breakfast" is weak coffee and orange or apple juice.”

“HIDDEN GEM IN THE HEART OF HAMPTONS! What a special place to stay in the Hamptons! I am so happy we found this wonderful gem! This hotel is clean, quiet and well managed. The pool is beautiful the rooms are modern, sleek and clean! The grounds are beautifully manicured. The location is perfect! This new hotel has the charm of a bed and breakfast. The hotel is a short car ride from either East Hampton or Southampton which is perfect if you chose to explore all the little towns the Hampton's has……

“Great beachy vibe, sand and fire pits. Only thing I didn’t care for was the room we got had the bathroom up about 3 steps which, in the middle of the night, could be problematic. Otherwise, we loved our stay in this quaint property ”
