“The booking page says that airport pick-up service is provided. Before departure, call the front desk to inform the arrival time of the plane. The front desk said that the driver will call me. I didn’t see the hotel’s car when I left the airport, and I didn’t receive a call from the driver. The front desk No one answered the phone, so I had no choice but to call Uber, which cost $52.
