“This property was as described in the listing, charming, near the commons, ample parking, clean, inviting, cozy (but not in a small way). The property manager was attentive via messenger but we never saw anyone - so we had communication if needed but had nothing but privacy the entire stay. It says two bedrooms but it felt like 3 the way the second bedroom is laid out, with each teenager having their own space, which helps, believe me. “As the first reviewer of this property, I believe this to be an honest and fair assessment. All correspondence between myself and owner can be proven… I’m not one of those people. When booking the property, the original listing said nothing about this being a split level house with people living above us. I emailed the owner about the misleading listing who agreed, then edited it during our stay. Little too late for us. The water was the worst smelling water I’ve ever experienced and didn’t find……

“Our five night stay at this wonderful home on Cayuga Lake was outstanding. The property is clearly a 10! The home is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, extremely clean, and so comfortable. The views of the lake are truly spectacular. We loved the two-sided gas fireplace and living areas. The master bedroom, closet, and master bath are extremely spacious.
