“The property is exactly as pictured. Its cute comfortable and super cozy. It feels like a little rustic oasis. It was exacy what we were looking for a nice place to enjoy eachothers company have long nights of catching up and unwinding in the hot tub and sitting on the he front porch. Comfortable seating space to relax in the morning before we headed out for the day. We opted to spend our days in Ithaca just 30 minutes a way with all of the shops and restaurants you could ask for. We did order……

“Very nice setting. House has a nice yard with seating, a fire pit, a nice dock with built in table and seating. Small area to get into water for swimming which our 4 year old granddaughter loved. The inside of the house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The front porch has all windows with lake views which we enjoyed at night watching a lightning show over the lake. Nice modern bathroom. Kitchen was fully supplied. We enjoyed our time here.”

“This is a beautiful property. Unbelievably serene, gorgeous lake view from the house. We were here in the winter; getting in and out of the place was a little scary in precipitation. The road from the ridge down to the lake is quite steep. The house itself is beautifully kept, a perfect layout, and we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and fires in the fireplace. Highly recommended!”

“This is a perfect place for a reunion! We realized the house was a “party house” when we saw the 2 fridges in the boathouse room and the sound/surround with speakers everywhere. But the best thing about this house was the feeling of family. The family left nice old family things which added to the feeling of the place.All ages from a 2 year old to a 75 year old enjoyed the home. we could park 5 cars for the graduation party. Very nice. We had evening campfires. Thank you for the nice wood. Also……

“We had a lovely stay in this charming cottage in New Field.The host Inez is an avid gardner and there were flowers and birds through out the property. We had our 2 dogs with us and they were greeted by the owner's sweet Golden Retriever. There is a huge deck to grill and eat outside on and beautiful views to enjoy the setting sun.”
