“This home is what we expected. Great little attached home with one bedroom. Everything was clean and kitchen was stocked well with utensils and other cooking needs. No well water which is big! Great side yard for a dog with a great view of the lake and an amazing waterfall right behind the house. Thank you for saving our vacation from another VRBO up the road who doesn’t understand what professionalism is all about. ”

“Sublime sunsets indeed! The location is spectacular; with a great screened porch and deck for enjoying Cayuga. Incredible sunset views. Very quiet pleasant little road of cottages to walk down, little waterfalls all along the way. Cottage is extremely nice also, and the host wonderfully communicative and helpful. “We had a wonderful stay at the Mallard Cottage. Views from the deck were spectacular, witnessed a full moon rising in the East and delighted in the beautiful end of day light glowing in the fields below. The cottage was bright and airy with several windows affording views and natural light. Clean and cozy and had everything we could possibly need. . ”

“The property was lovely and had all the amenities. Right on the water. Less than half an hour to both Ithaca and Watkins Glen. We absolutely loved it here! The second half bath was a bit of an overstatement since it was in a separate unheated outbuilding but was not an issue since there were only two of us. ”

The host was warm, friendly and welcoming; without her recommendations, we would've missed some of the most beautiful sights to see in Ithaca! Treman park nearby is a must-see.The yurt was super comfortable, and we felt lucky to be a small part of its history. There is a nature reserve behind the property, a beautiful gorge within walking distance. Highly recommend this stay, for anyone wanting a special experience in Ithaca!”

“Location was amazing, house was clean and roomy. The only bad thing was the parking garage . It’s not too close to house and instructions to open it were never conveyed through the email . We had to contact maintenance to see how to work the garage doors . They did answer promptly. Overall it was a pretty view and relaxing atmosphere.”

“Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the first waterfall which leads to a creek that runs along the backyard. The next one is on the way to the main drag. Saw 5 , one from our boat ride on Seneca lake and again on our ride around the lake which is worth it. There is a beautiful park area at the top with nice walking path. Very peaceful. Due to our health we were unable to do Watkins Glen State Park but did watch a video so we could feel like we saw it. Great area for a long weekend.……

“The moment I spied the inviting bronze fox door knocker on the orange door, I knew Michelle has created a unique space in which to unwind & be. I loved the beautiful wood countertop, the warm octagonal ceiling, the vintage clawtooth tub, the life affirming greenhouse window, Matisse's "Joy of Life" on the wall, the colorful birds on the curtains, & the natural light that abounds through windows and/or doors on 6 sides of the Octagon. “Went for a girls’ trip, and it was the perfect amount of space and beds to accommodate 8 women. We loved the hot tub and spent time on the main floor deck enjoying the weather. We didn’t have time to use the fire pit and kayaks but loved that they were an option. My only suggestion to the management company would be to give a little more details on the location/finding the property. We had a few ladies who had trouble finding it the first night after dark since it’s on an old country gravel……

“We had the most amazing time at the Pump House! The house was clean, up to date, and beautiful. The property was an absolute dream. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the trails, fields, and ponds on the property and we enjoyed watching the deer and fox in the morning. The hosts were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you so much Beth and Chris! We will be back! ”

“Within 20 mins of some great hikes and waterfalls”

“We were here 30 days ago, and found it so rewarding, we came back for another 3 days. Last month, it was warm enough to kayak, but an unexpected drop in temperature relegated us insides. We had plenty of connection time together, as well as time knitting (me) and reading. We will go again!”

“The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended.”
