“Since we were coming to the area for an event at Cornell University, I was happy to find this place as it is only 15 minutes to campus, safe neighborhood, plenty of parking, excellent instructions & directions from owner, and lovely view of the lake and a gushing waterfall right next to the property! The space is attached to the main house and could definitely use some TLC! It is clean, but a bit shabby on the inside. The front door is in need of repair, if a guest is over 6 feet tall, their……

“Had an amazing long weekend at this lovely home. Stayed for a few days after new years and it was still decorated for Christmas which was a nice homey touch. The house is set back from the road and very private which was great for hot tub usage. We really loved having our morning coffee in the hot tub and watching the birds flying around the feeder. Location was great as well, 15 minutes away from the Seneca wine country with dozens of options for wineries and breweries. We had a great stay! ”

I was so happy that it was still decorated for Christmas as we were looking for a place to spend a few days after the holidays decompressing but still enjoying the break. Be sure to bring ANYthing you'll want to cook with though that's considered a food item. No oil, spices, salt and pepper or saran wrap/foil at all.
