“We had a great time - it felt like we were in a tree house overlooking the lake! It rained the whole weekend, but we still enjoyed every minute of our stay. Candace was very accommodating, providing a high chair and pack and play for our little ones. The house is family friendly, well stocked with essentials and the lake views were magnificent! We enjoyed sunset fires at the firepit and skipping stones on the lake. We will definitely return on our next trip to the Finger Lakes !”

“Location was amazing, house was clean and roomy. The only bad thing was the parking garage . It’s not too close to house and instructions to open it were never conveyed through the email . We had to contact maintenance to see how to work the garage doors . They did answer promptly. Overall it was a pretty view and relaxing atmosphere.”

“The property was lovely and had all the amenities. Right on the water. Less than half an hour to both Ithaca and Watkins Glen. We absolutely loved it here! The second half bath was a bit of an overstatement since it was in a separate unheated outbuilding but was not an issue since there were only two of us. ”

“Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the first waterfall which leads to a creek that runs along the backyard. The next one is on the way to the main drag. Saw 5 , one from our boat ride on Seneca lake and again on our ride around the lake which is worth it. There is a beautiful park area at the top with nice walking path. Very peaceful. Due to our health we were unable to do Watkins Glen State Park but did watch a video so we could feel like we saw it. Great area for a long weekend.……

“We stayed here as a base to Watkins Glenn, which was not far away. The unit is cozy and a little tight at times, but we enjoyed the comfort of being outside. Be prepared if you haven't experienced iron in the water before, it is pretty strong here - make sure to bring your own drinking water. Communication with the host was top notch and very responsive - thanks for the hospitality.”

“Don is a very attentive host. He came to greet us when we arrived. He is nice enough to put crackers, fruit cups, etc in kitchen for us. And he answers all my questions any time via text message.”

“The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended.”
