“My Daughter and I visited the area to tour Cornell University, Ithaca College, and to visit the area. We did not utilize the basement space and felt that we were very comfortable. We both have very sensitive allergies and appreciated that the sheets and towels were low scent, the water pressure was great, and it was the perfect weekend stay space for the 1 of us. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, extra sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. We booked to return in November for a follow up……

“The house was very clean upon arrival. A code was sent earlier in the day so entry was easy. Everything we needed was available. They also included coffee, creamer, water, snacks and lots of ice. They responded quickly to a question I had at the end our trip. You can hear just about everything between floors and even from the other side of the duplex.”

“This property is perfect for our needs. Near all the best wineries and breweries, and just a short drive to the park and Watkins Glen.Drew was great! We had a slight issue with the door lock mechanism- I called Drew on Sunday morning and he was able to take care of it right away! ”

“Spent a week in Ithaca over the 4th of July holiday to get out of southern heat. This place is perfect for a family who needs separate rooms (myself, partner, 14 y/o). Gracious hosts, clean bathroom, a variety of games, good views (with good curtains!), and proximity to hiking and downtown. The house is situated near the top of a hill, so a long day out concludes with a bit of uphill walking, which the child made a point of declaring every night after dinner. Me, I like uphill after a big……

“The hosts were very attentive and hospitable. The location was out in the county but close to favorite vacation sites. We will definitely return and recommend to others. Any needs we had were met. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. ”

“It's not often a property looks exactly like it's listing, but this one did not disappoint! I think the house and accommodations were even more beautiful than the pictures. The location was great! So close to many local wineries and breweries and a short walk down to the lake. We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival in addition to a basket of snacks and bottled water. There were even two bags of ice in the freezer! The property managers really went……

“Awesome, clean stray with everything you need for a great price!”

“The apartment is in a beautiful historic home that sits on a hill overlooking the town and lake. It is fairly spacious apartment for a two bedroom and has a very nice front porch to look over the lake. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for the trip and everything seemed very well taken care of. I did not make use of it but there was a nice little area out back for people to hang out around a fire and also a grill to use. Overall I thought this a perfect place to stay for……

“location was perfect since I have family in Newfield! Everything was comfortable. Plenty of blankets and for the bed and pull out couch, which was pretty comfortable.Only complaint was the bathroom is right next to the Host's kitchen, so could hear them in there. Made using the restroom a bit awkward. Maybe some sound proofing on the door would help. The shower needs some hand holds for people unsteady on their feet, and a little foot rest for shaving legs.Everything else was perfect!”
