“This place is absolutely sweet. The apartment & grounds are beautiful, clean & had everything we could possibly need. It was in a great spot located close to the hiking trails we did, wineries & downtown Ithaca. Our host Vickie was so thoughtful & welcoming, checking to make sure we had everything we needed & then some, evening providing delicious pastries for our first morning. We look forward to returning there again! ”

“Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent location, just blocks from town. Easily walked if you're up for a slight up-hill return home! Very clean. The beds were comfy. The shower was hot. They had little extras on hand if you forgot things. I would recommend and would stay again. The only thing is that it is located on a main road and there is road noise if that is something that bothers you. We were not there during the day enough for it to be a problem.”

“The location was convenient for the three places we were visiting - Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Corning. Plenty of space, and comfortable as well. The layout of Unit 2 is a little tough to discern from the pictures, but you walk in the front door to the kitchen/dining/living, with the bathroom and bedroom behind. Then downstairs to another "family room" with a larger TV. There is a little noise from the upstairs neighbor, mostly due to the age of the house and wooden floors, but otherwise quiet.……

“The house was very clean upon arrival. A code was sent earlier in the day so entry was easy. Everything we needed was available. They also included coffee, creamer, water, snacks and lots of ice. Even though it was close to 40 minutes outside of campus, it was well worth the drive. “It's not often a property looks exactly like it's listing, but this one did not disappoint! I think the house and accommodations were even more beautiful than the pictures. The location was great! So close to many local wineries and breweries and a short walk down to the lake.
