“The location was convenient for the three places we were visiting - Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Corning. Plenty of space, and comfortable as well. The layout of Unit 2 is a little tough to discern from the pictures, but you walk in the front door to the kitchen/dining/living, with the bathroom and bedroom behind. Then downstairs to another "family room" with a larger TV. There is a little noise from the upstairs neighbor, mostly due to the age of the house and wooden floors, but otherwise quiet.……

“The house was very clean upon arrival. A code was sent earlier in the day so entry was easy. Everything we needed was available. They also included coffee, creamer, water, snacks and lots of ice. They responded quickly to a question I had at the end our trip. You can hear just about everything between floors and even from the other side of the duplex.”

“This property is perfect for our needs. Near all the best wineries and breweries, and just a short drive to the park and Watkins Glen.Drew was great! We had a slight issue with the door lock mechanism- I called Drew on Sunday morning and he was able to take care of it right away! ”

Even though it was close to 40 minutes outside of campus, it was well worth the drive. The place was very clean, easy to find, quiet, and a great place to head back to for a good night sleep after a long day. Debbie was easy to reach and responded quickly. “It's not often a property looks exactly like it's listing, but this one did not disappoint! I think the house and accommodations were even more beautiful than the pictures. The location was great! So close to many local wineries and breweries and a short walk down to the lake. We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival in addition to a basket of snacks and bottled water. There were even two bags of ice in the freezer! The property managers really went……
