“This was a wonderful home away from home. I was so pleasantly surprised. All the comforts of home and then some. I have never seen a rental stocked with so much food. The manager/owner thought of everything that a guest might need. Clean, well decorated, comfortable. I could not have asked for better. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca and 20 minutes from Ithaca College. If you’re looking for a place to stay look no further. ”

“Thank you for the great stay! Check in was contactless and the instructions were straightforward. The studio is cozy and had all the amenities we needed. It has a mini split that keeps the space warm in the winter (or cold in the summer). We did not end up needing to contact the hosts during our stay, and the check out was also a very simple process. There are neighbors upstairs but they were reasonably quiet for a Saturday evening. It was too cold to see the alpacas -- maybe next time! Thank……

The property manager was attentive via messenger but we never saw anyone - so we had communication if needed but had nothing but privacy the entire stay. It was clean, there was coffee, towels, toiletries and everything one would need for a long weekend getaway in an area with beautiful scenery and close to nice museums The Rockwell and Corning Museum of Glass. “This property was really cozy and inviting. The deck is amazing, and the hot tub was really appreciated as the weather was chilly and cloudy, so it added a little warmth.
