“My wife and I had our first trip to the Finger Lakes. We wanted a waterfront property and found this house available. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great trip. Unfortunately the weather turned cold and rainy a few days so we only had one day to enjoy the back deck and the views. “Absolutely perfect stay!!! We stayed at Sunset Haven a couple years ago and never thought we could top our stay there, it was wonderful. Sunset Oasis topped it! Both places were awesome but the view from the upstairs bedroom at Oasis is breathtaking! The hot tub was amazing with another fantastic view! We can't wait to come back. Thank you Paul!”

“This home is what we expected. Great little attached home with one bedroom. Everything was clean and kitchen was stocked well with utensils and other cooking needs. No well water which is big! Great side yard for a dog with a great view of the lake and an amazing waterfall right behind the house. Thank you for saving our vacation from another VRBO up the road who doesn’t understand what professionalism is all about. ”

“We had a great stay, eventhough the weather wasn’t super conducive to our plans for the weekend. The house was perfect size for 2-4 guests. Very clean, rental process and communication was a breeze, house is located in a very quiet location surrounded by fields. Locations is convenient with a 20 min or so drive to Seneca and Cayuga Lake. I would definitely rent again! ”

“Mike and Melissa were wonderful. Their house is beautiful and nicely updated. The upstairs guest room was far enough away from everyone else to feel like a relaxing escape from the rest of the family. The dock toys (floats) were fun and brand new. The space was perfect for our needs. We had an issue with bees and spiders but Mike was quick to get an exterminator. ”

“The house clean and details provided about the listing were very accurate. My wife enjoyed jetted tub. Location was excellent and easy to get following directions and information about the roads near cottage. The fenced in yard for dogs was very convenient . We only stayed one day and it rained but would be an excellent spot to view a beautiful sunset that the area is known for . ”

“It's clear that this is a cherished and well-maintained property! The host was warm, friendly and welcoming; without her recommendations, we would've missed some of the most beautiful sights to see in Ithaca! Treman park nearby is a must-see.The yurt was super comfortable, and we felt lucky to be a small part of its history. There is a nature reserve behind the property, a beautiful gorge within walking distance. Highly recommend this stay, for anyone wanting a special experience in Ithaca!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Mallard Cottage. Views from the deck were spectacular, witnessed a full moon rising in the East and delighted in the beautiful end of day light glowing in the fields below. The cottage was bright and airy with several windows affording views and natural light. Clean and cozy and had everything we could possibly need. . ”
