“Our running team for the Seneca7 relay-race needed a place to stay the night before the race, and a few of us also several of us hadn’t met one another before. The enormous main space was perfect, and included a pool table, a piano, a phenomenal sound system, and very comfortable furniture. The rooms were perfect, and the upstairs loft bedroom is gorgeous. Everything was top notch. Well worth it. I just wish we had time to stay a second night and recovery there too. ”

“We found the house to be a teaching tool on how to live sustainably. It's more than just an unusually built house. It however is a tiny house. The upstairs loft bedroom basically has only a bed. That's it. No room for anything else. Stair steps are not full width so were difficult to maneuver in the dark. But we had a great time experiencing a well built and cute home concept. ”

“This property was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of Watkins Glen. The cabin was in an excellent location, close to town for dining and shopping, we enjoyed our stay , everything is provided for you and is spacious and clean. We will most likely come back when weather allows for more seasonal activities like hiking, camping and boating. Access to trails was very limited due to icy conditions but the frozen waterfalls provided some beautiful photos , looking forward to……
