“AC unit very old”

“We needed a place to stay before a ski day at Greek Peak. This hotel is close to the mountain and also several restaurants in Cortland. Property shows age but room was clean and warm on 3 degree night. Reasonable price for a king room and bed and pillows very comfortable! ”
