There's a nice deck off the second floor kitchen that's a pleasant place to enjoy the view of the fields and hillside behind the property. The location next to a sizeable, 24-hour gas station may create issues for light sleepers.”

All of the details were taken care of as far as the house was concerned - the kitchen was well stocked, the beds and furniture were so comfortable, so many games and activities, chargers next to the bedside, there were instructions for everything…. Everything was very clean. It was so relaxing to have my coffee in the morning and my wine in the evening looking out over the beautiful lake. I came with my family for a spring break trip. “We stayed here a few years ago and loved it. This visit was the same. Great location mid-way between Watkins Glen and Geneva. Eclectically decorated and very nicely maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. Strong wifi. Beautiful view looking east over the lake. Watching the sunrise is a must!! ”

“We had a wonderful weekend going to the Seneca wine trail event and hiking around the local area. We travel with our dogs often and the fenced in backyard was amazing. The house was well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a weekend on the wine trail. Close to both wineries as well as multiple state parks and national forest it was perfect for us. The beds weee comfortable and the house was clean and had everything we could want. ”

“The house was absolutely gorgeous. Big open floor plan plenty of room for the eight of us that were there. The host was absolutely phenomenal as far as giving advice as to what was in the area along with knowledge of his house and even sent information prior to check-in. The check-in process was a breeze as we knew exactly what was going on before hand The house was immaculately clean, and you couldn’t ask for a more pleasant environment. “We had a great stay! The cabin was super cute, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It had a charming vibe and made for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was that the water cooler needed a good cleaning, and the road leading to the cabin was long and a bit rough. But overall, it was a lovely spot and we really enjoyed our time there!”
