“The rooms are so cozy and the facility is very non-corporate. I like the uniqueness of this hotel and the authenticity of the experience. The staff is real and friendly. The rooms all have a balcony which is so enjoyable a freeing. Unlike the stagnate claustrophobic feeling of corporate hotels that are so afraid of guests committing suicide they lock the windows shut, which feels insulting. The fact that there is a balcony is a sign of good health. ”

“The moment I spied the inviting bronze fox door knocker on the orange door, I knew Michelle has created a unique space in which to unwind & be. I loved the beautiful wood countertop, the warm octagonal ceiling, the vintage clawtooth tub, the life affirming greenhouse window, Matisse's "Joy of Life" on the wall, the colorful birds on the curtains, & the natural light that abounds through windows and/or doors on 6 sides of the Octagon. “是一个老牌酒店，其实清洁跟员工服务都不错，可能因为前2年covid住得人少，导致我们半夜枕头上不停爬出来小虫子，很害怕爬到我女儿的小鼻子小耳朵里，半夜给我们换了房间。第二晚的房间也顺利退掉了。但如果家具设备不彻底翻新我应该不会再住。”
