“So happy I found this hotel after another hotel refused to honor my pre-paid reservation. Staff was friendly and welcoming. All public areas are clean and pleasant. Room was large, well-appointed and comfortable. The included buffet breakfast was good. Thank you for a very nice stay!”

“I stayed over one night at this property on my way back to Michigan. Property was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and offered a gluten-free muffin option for the bread. On my way back to Florida. I would stay there again.”

“We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was easy to find and well located in Biltmore village. We found it to be clean and reasonably quiet. It appears the rooms have been recently updated. The bathroom was quite nice. The hotel was good for the short visit we had planned. ”

“This is a nice, recently refurbish property with an excellent staff especially Beverly. Rooms are large, clean and only lacking a few features to make it superior. Clothing hanging space is limited. There are no drawers for clothing only a few open shelves. If you don’t need to unpack this would not be an issue.”
