“Hotel was amazing. Only issue was roomservice never came by. I asked them to stop by as i caught them on my floor and they just took the trash out and thats all. Still dirty towels on the floor. ”

“Easy access off interstate 65. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was typical breakfast fare, commercial grade prepared biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs, make your own waffles (great batter mix) and assorted pastries. All of good quality. ”

“Everyone was so personable. I arrived to a warm room that was clean and comfy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very easy to access the Bourbon Trail. ”

“The bathroom door wasn’t working properly and the television in our room really needs replacing. You hear a lot of the hallway noise. ”

“Upon check-in (I reserved through a third party), I was told I needed to pay again. I showed him my confirmation from the third party, and he said it was unacceptable. After much back and forth, it was finally straightened out. Then he told me he needed my credit card for a $10 fee. I asked what for and he told me it was for the third party. Again, I said, No. Again, after going back and forth about it, I gave up and let him run my card. In the morning, I asked the lady at the desk, and she……
