“很糟糕，訂好房型不給入住，他們說Hotels.com照片登錯，整整等了2個半小時無法入住，直到24:30分才入住，我訂1房一廳，酒店只願意給標準房，Hotes.com的客服需要好好檢討，打了10多通電話飯店反應，說馬上處理給我電話，後來等了40分鐘還是沒有電話，一共耽誤了2個半小時，直到24:30分我想算了，入住標準房，不和他們爭執，實在另人太失望了。”

“This was a great stay, it has a gym, comfy bed and clean rooms, walkable and conveniently located. Although I did check out earlier than planned…I just realized that I cannot stay at hotels that accommodate pets because I didn’t know it but I will have allergies to pet dander that blows through the ac vents. “The room was clean and comfortable. very basic, very simple. but I just needed a safe clean place to get some sleep. I was out all day, and only in the room to sleep and shower. Internet connection hooked up easily enough but came up with only a couple bars and it said it was an unsecure connection. I use a VPN so that didn't really bother me.”
