“設備簡單，但齊全，早餐只可以話飽肚，事實亦並不豐富，酒店附近都係貨倉或工業用地，但亦有兩間連鎖式快餐店。我入住的時間（February-March )是鳳凰城全年最好天氣的時候，所以可能租金較貴。”

“first i am upset at hotels.com the hotel did not have my reservation, it took 3 trys before i was able to chat via email. cant talk to a live person. so the hampton inn took me in and i had to pay there price because they only had 3 rooms left. so hotels.com emails me that they will charge me a cancellation chargse i told them to call the hotel, which they did and that i will not be charged a cancellation, and they will refund me back my charges. i cant believe that i could not talk to a live……

“The hotel was clean, staff was excellent. Especially front desk. She was kind and helpful. Our bed was comfortable, room was clean. needed a bit of updating especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, many different options to choose from. Over-all the hotel and stay were great for the cost ”

“The property was great, clean and exactly what we were looking for with our group of friends visiting from out of town. Raj was on it immediately with anything we requested and was great to communicate with. For sure would stay again! ”
