“first i am upset at hotels.com the hotel did not have my reservation, it took 3 trys before i was able to chat via email.
cant talk to a live person. so the hampton inn took me in and i had to pay there price because they only had 3 rooms left. so hotels.com emails me that they will charge me a cancellation chargse i told them to call the hotel, which they did and that i will not be charged a cancellation, and they will refund me back my charges.
i cant believe that i could not talk to a live……
