“Check-in was easy. Room was clean and well stocked. Overall hotel maintenance and cleanliness were very good. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee and more. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast area was knowledgeable and sweet (food allergy family and she actually knew ingredients!). The best part was the hotel staff. Joey and Reggie at the front desk were incredibly helpful and kind. They epitomized excellent customer service. We'd……

“I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is that I didn't have enough caffeinated coffee packets in my room. Since there is no daily room cleaning, the two I had the first day were gone for the next day. If you aren't doing daily room service, then enough should be available to last !”

“Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel.”
