“We had a renovated unit which was well laid out and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and clean. Location was good. Only suggestion is provide some space for groceries in the kitchen. ”

“I checked in at 2:00 am and was able to accest the room after 3:00am. The black receiption ignored all the questions I asked and Ifelt that’s race discrimination. After that, the room keys he gave to me did not work and I had to walked with luggages back and forth for THREE times from hotel lobby to the building which was 300 meters away. I will never choose this hotel again.”

“We just stayed the weekend here, and our toddler loved the splash pad. The staff was very helpful, and it was nice having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. The wifi was too slow though, it was basically unusable. Also, the breaker in our living room would go out if too many lights and the tv were on at the same time, so we would have to watch the tv in the dark. All in all, it provided us what we needed for our staycation, with a few things that were a bit of a nuisance, but did not……

“Property was in good condition. Front desk person was friendly. When we asked which elevator was closest to our room she said we were near the middle of the hotel, so either elevator would work. However, this was not the case. We went to the elevator on one side of the hotel and our room was on the complete other side. I don’t know if she was new but maybe the manager should do a better job of orienting employees to the hotel layout. I also did not care for being handed a piece of paper about……
