“Excellent experience - facility was 10 minute walk from conference center. KLVG sends very clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. Apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities - coffee maker with coffee pods, iron, ironing board, pots/pans/dishes, even a Brita water pitcher. Facility has a nice swimming pool. Most of the residents seem to be twenty-sonethings so a very youthful vibe. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Great location for Tempe Center for the Arts, ASU, and Tempe Town Lake. Secured parking garage was an added plus. The apartment was very spacious, had all the necessities, and was very clean.
