“My adult daughter, partner and I stayed in this lovely home for a week. It checked off everything on our list of wants and needs. Jennifer was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again or to refer it to friends. ”

“Believe all the 5 star reviews. Hard to complain about anything with this place. Great location and layout. Modern and spacious with well equipped kitchen, really nice outside patio and spa (we did not use pool). Awesome sunset views. Pics are accurate.Only minor complaint is that the media room lights should be on a dimmer. And for a while I thought I might be able to complain that the steak knives weren't very sharp, but then realized the knife block had a built in sharpener :-). Highly……

Only thing that would of made it better would be to have a patio heater on the back patio. This patio gave us a great clear views of the stars as we sat in the comfortable chairs but because it was much colder at night we couldn't stay out long. ”

“Enjoyed our stay at this townhome, very spacious and was able to ski and sled during the day and relax at night. Quiet neighborhood. Very large two car garage. Lots of stairs, so may not be ideal for everyone with the kitchen/living room on main floor and most bedrooms upstairs. Very large comfortable couch in living room. Kitchen has everything we needed. I think what would make it 5 stars would be if it had some outdoor space (theres no yard or patio, just a tiny deck), but we still……

“This house was perfect for our girls trip. It was in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to check out some great spots, and even though we didn't get much AZ heat, the heated pool made up for it! The pool lights were not working but that was not a deal breaker and the host was very responsive. veryowthe”
