“We had a ”

“This owner will control the thermostat, leaving it at 75. We fought with him during the stay to lower it. He refused to give us the access code. Eventually, he lowered it our last two days there. He would wait until we entered the villa and then lower it. When we left, he would higher the temp. Yes, he has a camera out front of the house and was watching for us to enter and leave the property. Creepy! Also promised a pack and play for the baby that wasn’t there. The main bedroom ceiling fan……

“The condo was well equipped for our group 6 people. The location was nice and quiet.”

“The property was exactly as described. The host was responsive to outreach and remedied any concerns immediately. The home was clean and anything we needed was there. The area was quiet and easily accessible to the supermarket and dining options. There were no concerns that would prevent a repeat visit. ”

“We traveled with daughters family and little grandchildren, this house worked very well. My husband and I had the king size bedroom on main floor, and the rest shared the three bedrooms upstairs. Lots of steps for older folks, but I limited trips upstairs to basically just doing the laundry. A few simple issues that were addressed very quickly. This was a nice community with nice amenities that the littles enjoyed. Hope to stay here again.”

“So many hidden rules and posted threats of fines. There is an additional resort fee that is not noted on the listing. This place requires you to take out trash and begin washing their linen before check out at 10am. $75 late fee if you check out 15 mins after checkout time. You’re walking on eggshells if you stay here.”
