“Room was clean ,staff was friendly. Swimming pool and pool area was nice.. I had no trouble with Wi-Fi or internet.. my stay was from july 15th thru the 17th. I recommend staying here . I would stay again”

“Technicolor retreat was a great relaxing getaway. The home is lovely and the location on the river was so relaxing after a day in the Dunes or Chicago. It felt very secluded and private. We can’t wait to go back. We were able to take our golden retriever who loves all things woods and water. Wish we could have stayed longer! ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless upon arrival and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The décor was charming and beautifully done — we loved every detail. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. “Kim is wonderful and helpful! This is a no frills motel. If you want a cheap clean room, a basic place to sleep (bring your own pillow if you are picky about pillows), shower (water gets HOT, pressure is fairly good; bring your own towels if you use/want big towels and/or plush/soft/new ones), and do not need any amenities (no chair for desk in room with two beds, no hair dryer, no hangers) this is the place to stay. Can't beat the price. Stayed two nights last week and am typing this in my room……

“This little cabin was the perfect location to stay when visiting the Jasper-Pulaski Fish & Wildlife Area to see the Sandhill Cranes! Cabin was clean. Check-in was easy & Eric was very polite & helpful!”
