“This property was simply amazing… great location, easy to find, and very accurate to the pics if not better! We went with a family of 10 and had everything we could possibly need! Grill, tons of beds and linens, plenty of bathrooms and kitchen supplies! We fished. Had a fire. And just hung out! Used the projector to watch the Kentucky Derby! Was very pleased with our stay and would love to come back when it’s warmer! ”

The house and outdoor area met every expectation for our weekend together. Michel was incredibly responsive and asked very little of us as guests. We rarely left the house, but when we did, downtown DeMotte had a great diner (Steve's Grill) and really nice grocery store. Very likely our group will try to make this our annual meet up location.”

“Great property. Access to water easy to get to xompared to some properties in the area. Communication with owners was timely and easy as they live adjacent to place. Plenty of space for our party of 6 plus 2 dogs. We loved that they were pet friendly. Beds are too hard for my liking. Very clean. Kitchen had great cooking essentials. Fire pit and grill was wonderful. ”
