“Stayed in De Motte for a wedding reception and found this place to be comfortable and close to the venue. It was quiet and cozy. ”

Being right on the water and within walking distance to Indiana Beach (5 minutes) allowed our family to have a ton to do during our stay. The only two small critiques would be 1) the firepit area is quiet small and doesn't really allow for sitting next to it and 2) the decks could use a good power washing as they felt slightly dirty. “House was a great location if you are visiting Indiana Beach. Literally a 3 min drive right around the corner from the main entrance. Less than 10 mins away from groceries and fast food to south. Owner was pleasant, but communication was not great. Messages through VRBO took over an hour or over night to get a response.
