“From the moment I booked I received nothing but exceptional service from Heidi! Once we arrived I noticed the small details. The noise machines in each room, which put the teenager and young children to sleep with ease, the extra blankets for the extra breeze on the cool nights down the never ended supply of hot water and pressure. That’s amazing considering 14 people needed to shower! If Disney World had an parallel universe, it would be this! ”

“We arrived excited about our stay to open the door to piles of dirty laundry. The couch was patched together with tape, the toilet was covered in hair, the floor was sticky in the kitchen, the bathmat was dirty with grime and what might have been dog poop. The bathroom had not been swept or wiped down and was covered in dust, hair, and dirt. There were 2 packages of moldy food in the fridge. The blankets had not been washed. The pillowcases had dirty marks on them, and the extra bedding was……

“The place was perfect for for my visit. My son lives in Rensselaer so I was very close to him. It was clean and there were no problems problems”

“The house was immaculate. The views of the lake in the morning were serene. Took our 4 year old fishing off the dock and caught a handful of white bass, and a couple of nice catfish. The place is super spacious. 10/10 and we can't wait to book it again!”
