“House was a great location if you are visiting Indiana Beach. Literally a 3 min drive right around the corner from the main entrance. Less than 10 mins away from groceries and fast food to south. Owner was pleasant, but communication was not great. Messages through VRBO took over an hour or over night to get a response. I tried calling the owner twice and the call was declined immediately both times. Owner called back 3-4 hours later only because I mentioned the dishwasher was full when I……

“The house was spacious and lovely with a wonderful view of the lake. Location was easy to find and parking was ample. The bedrooms were good size and the bathrooms were comfortable. The kitchen, dining area and great room were very convenient and comfortable. The two decks and lakefront were excellent. I needed a spacious five bedroom rental and this was about perfect. ”

Based on the listing expected all lights ceiling fans, tv’s internet the additional rental space with the house set up should just be included and adjust the price to compensate. No toaster, a 20 dollar item. Other issues not worth going into since we will not use this rental company again. We come to the area 1 time a year for a family gathering.
