“The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. “It’s getting harder and harder to find a quality hotel that has a good location, great staff, and is very clean. But the Best Western had all those things. And the morning breakfast was very good. I especially appreciated how attentive the staff were in the breakfast area, but also at the front desk. For that matter, the cleaning staff were also excellent, and I gave them a big tip. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would pick this as my number one choice if I were coming to the Hammondsport area……

“We had gone over 24hrs with no power. They were BEYOND friedndly and allowed us to check in early! Shower was clean and had great water pressure. Beds were COMFY! It was great to have a mini fridge AND microwave in our room. Hotel was clean, quiet, and centrally located. Even though I am local to the area I will 100% stay here again! ”
