“We have stayed here a few times since it opened. It is sad to see how quickly the carpet in the halls and stairway has deteriorated. It needs a deep cleaning or replacement. Other areas were ok. ”

“The staff was more than accommodating. For an inexpensive hotel this place is definitely the cleanest I have ever been to. It is very standard, but it is perfect. This is the only place I stay in Sioux center.! ”

“Clean hotel that was available and close to Sioux Center for graduation. We stayed at this hotel last fall too and would recommend. If you are gluten free for breakfast they have yogurt and fruit available.”

“We had a wonderful visit.The grandkids needed some time to run and play, the area behind the hotel had a walking path around a pond. After dinner they enjoyed the indoor pool. The breakfast had an awesome assortment of options, even our 5 year old was full when we left. We all had a nice stay.”

“Our truck broke down on the freeway and was towed to Beresford. We asked if we could check in early and the manager said we could. We were able to check in at 12:30pm for a VERY small fee. This was extremely helpful as my husband had just had surgery and needed to rest. The staff was extremely helpful- they helped with our luggage and brought it to our room. I am extremely grateful for the kindness they gave to us. I HIGHLY recommend this property!”
