“This was an excellent property. It was quiet and secluded just as advertised. The hot tub was so clean, they even have sandals for you to walk down to the hot tub. There is a trail leading to a waterfall that is one of the prettiest trails we took on out trip. The host had a book that had information on everything in the cabin and of all the dining and hiking in the surrounding area. Wonderful stay! ”

“My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. It was exactly what we needed to unplug and destress from daily life routine. Close to some pretty awesome hiking too! Finding the place may be a little tricky if blindly following Google Maps like we did but host is SUPER responsive and quick so we found our way very quickly. Can’t wait to come back! ”

“We just wanted a quiet get away for a couple of days close to the North Cascades. We had hoped to see the fall foliage but it turned out we came a couple weeks early for the best of that. We stopped by the ranger station there in Darrington, and then drove up to Rockport and on to Newhalem to see what fall leaves we could. The cabin was quiet, clean and cozy. We loved sitting in the hot tub on the back deck and also sitting beside the Sauk River in the back of the property.”

“Nice unit, clean and comfortable. Updated. Dark, with no lighting in kitchen or dining area. Difficilty with cell and internet (dead area). Nice area close to hiking.”

“Fantastic location right next to Mt. Baker National Forest — you truly feel immersed in the forest, with the Nooksack River just steps away. The condo complex has a cool vintage vibe that fits the setting perfectly. While the kitchen is older, it’s very functional and met all our needs. No air conditioning, but it wasn’t an issue during our stay.The listing photos were accurate, and the check-in/check-out process was straightforward.
